Shipping and delivery

Our jewelry is shipped within 3 working days from the date of order (usually within 1 - 2 working days). Arrival time depends on the destination. Your customer can choose regular air mail or express air mail. Express air mail (for which there is an extra charge) guarantees delivery within 5 working days.

Privacy and security

All customer information, emails, orders, and other business matters are treated with complete confidentiality. This applies to information relating to your customers as well as our customers.

Returns and replacements

• Customers may return purchased jewelry within 100 days with no questions asked (also applies to custom-made jewelry).
• The customer will be liable for the return shipping costs.
• In the unlikely event that a customer has cause for complaint, we will replace the item and return it to the customer at our expense.


Each retailer receives a user name and password to the web interface in which he can approve his customers' orders.

Viewing orders

The retailer and "Personalized Jewelry" can view all orders online.

Payment, pricing and promotions

During the first 3 months of deployment, the retailer will pay "Personalized Jewelry" at frequent intervals (e.g. at the close of each working day) for the orders entered at his/her point of sale.

After the first 3 months, when "Personalized Jewelry" has complete confidence in the retailer, a more flexible payment schedule can be arranged. "Personalized Jewelry" will supply the ordered items and the retailer will pay at the agreed intervals.

Updating account information

Our online interface is available 24 hours a day for you to place orders, update your product list and adjust your retail prices. We also provide online support via phone and chat messages.
